Remove Late Fees

From customer account>Click Invoice History>Highlight the invoice>Click Change Late Fee> Enter $0>Click OK. Note: If late fee is set to yes on account, the late fee may re-generate on the invoice. To avoid this, toggle the account to Late Fee = NO, then follow the above steps.
