Stop the System from Kicking Me Out
Cornerstone is a PCI compliant company. In order to be PCI compliant, we are legally obligated to kick off users that have been inactivate for 15+ minutes. Unfortunately, we cannot change this feature.
If you are being kicked off while remaining active, please run a speed test to review your upload and download speeds prior to contacting Cornerstone. This will help indicate any issues with your local internet.
