In App as Tech: Click Menu (Hamburger)>Select Calendar>Click Filter Icon>Edit Date Parameters to Include Date Ticket was Scheduled>Change Status to ALL (If ticket was completed)Click Apply>Click on Ticket>Click Clock In>Edit Time>Click Clock In>Repeat Steps with Clock Out.
