If invoice was created in this month: From customer account>Click Invoice History>Highlight and select Invoice>Click Payments>Highlight & delete amount field>Click Ok>Click Yes To Clear Payment Fields>Click Ok>Pop up will Appear That Customer still Owes and Payment should be posted as Credit>Click Ok>Notification that Prepaid Credit was created will appear>Click Ok>Adjustment Record will Appear> Add Notes if needed or Click OK to close> Invoice is now unposted>Open Invoice>make Edits to Line Items>Reapply Credit when Complete
