Insert a Recurring Charge

From customer account>Click Recurring Charges>Click INSERT

  1. Click the magnifying glass to select an RMR code>Select or Insert Code
  2. Select Billing Cycle>Next Date will Auto-Populate>Enter Pre-Tax Amount>If Pro-rating, select Y to Pro-rate>Add Proration date in Service Start Field
  3. Select Dropdown on the Billing Method>Select Printer, Email, No Print, or Autopay Option.
    1. If Autopay>Enter full information.
    2. To select which date the autopay debit hits, select the dropdown on 'Post On'

    3. To set the charge to email or mail a hard copy>Select dropdown on 'Email Copy'

      From the customer account, go to the recurring charges. Highlight & select the charge. Click the magnifying glass next to Account>Click Yes Search & select the correct account>Click OK to move the charge.
